Dreamers in College – November recap
Each year there are more and more Dreamers playing basketball at the college level. This year it is hard to keep up with all of them. Below is a recap of some of the outstanding performances from the month of November.
Isaiah Wright (University of San Diego) is filling the stat sheet every game averaging 14.2 ppg, 6 rpg, 6.2 apg and shooting 67% from 3. He was 1 rebound short of a triple double on 11/25 and won WCC Player of the week honors for week 1.
Talon Pinckney (College of Idaho) is consistently playing big minutes and filling the stat sheet including a career high 23 points on 11/21 and a game high 11 assists in a separate game.
EJ Boyce (St Martins University) is putting up big numbers with a couple of amazing shooting performances. 7-12 from 3 on 11/2 and 7-10 from 3 on 11/10.
Justinian Jessup (Boise State University) is playing a major role at BSU averaging 14.7 points, 6.4 rebounds while shooting 90% from FT and 50% from 3.
DeAndre Jones (University of Central Arkansas) is playing big minutes as a Freshman and contributing in big games, including a near upset at UCLA. He scored a career high 16 points on 11/27.
Kobe Terashima (Montana State University Billings) is leading his team (2nd in the conference) in assists as a Freshman with a near triple double (1 rebound short) on 11/14.
Kendall Williams (Treasure Valley Community College) has had some great performances averaging 15 ppg, 4.4 rpg and 4 apg.
Damen Thacker (Walla Walla Community College) is putting up big numbers to start the season. 22 points and 20 point in his first 2 games.
Ryan and Logan Skurdal (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) are playing together and leading their team to big wins including an upset at NAU. Logan had a huge game on 11/10 shooting 9-12 from 3 point scoring 29 points for the game.
Tori Williams (University of Utah) is off to a great start, starting as a Freshman averaging 8.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.3 apg.
Mandy Simpson (University of Oklahoma) has started every game as a Freshman and had 17 rebounds in her debut.
Danielle and Raquel Jardine (Northwest Nazarene University) are off to a great Junior season leading their team to an upset at Idaho State University where Raquel had 24 points in only 19 minutes. Danielle is averaging 10.6 ppg and 5.4 rpg while Raquel is averaging 10.4 ppg and 6.8 rpg.
